Since the foundation of the company, our main goal has been to always offer a source of products with the best quality, dedicated to a specific segment of the market: "Gourmet" products.
In our production plant we only elaborate a selection of the best Galician coast products.
Our products are manufactured in a traditional way using an exclusive selection of natural ingredients.
We recover traditional dishes recipes to elaborate original sauces based on olive oil, obtaining products with the highest quality and with an excellent presentation.
The quality of our products and our experience made us get the "Galicia Calidade" quality certificate for our range of mussel products which are tinned under two different brands: Lo Bueno and Fuera de Serie. Mussels are selected to get only those with the best size and texture. They are slightly fried in a delicious olive oil and then put into the tin with all our affection before being tinned.
